Comedian, writer and actor Cal Wilson has died at Sydney's Royal Prince Alfred Hospital after a short illness.
Wilson, who appeared in television shows such as Spicks and Specks and Good News Week, died at Royal Alfred Hospital in Sydney, her management said.
Wilson was one of the co-hosts of The Great Australian Bake Off, which was in production when she was admitted to hospital.
