Despite this, Mr Flanagan conceded Mr Albanese had been a “great” landlord but was left “very confused” after being given 90 days to vacate the property. “The person who’s in the property, in his own words, I have been a more than fair owner of that property,” Mr Albanese said. Mr Flanagan has since refuted this claim and had a paper trail to prove it was"blatantly" and"comically wrong".
However, the disgruntled tenant received no response and resorted to texting the property manager to “please respond” to his email.The tenant admitted the prime minister had every right to sell his property, but complained there was a “power imbalance” between landlords and renters.
