Christi, George Irish’s daughter, informed me there would be a celebration of life Mass in New York City at St. Patrick’s Cathedral this day. To reflect on Irish’s life, Express-News Publisher Mark Medici invited me to write a guest column to eulogize Irish and elevate his contributions in San Antonio.
