An Alabama man received an outpouring of support after severe storms hit his home just moments after he took his wife off of life support.
The retired veteran’s wife, Glenda, fell down the stairs and broke her neck two weeks ago, severing her spinal cord. Eventually, doctors told him there was nothing else they could do for his wife, and the decision was made to take her off life support.
Less than 24 hours after Senn’s property was hit by severe weather, there was an outpouring of support for him and his family. “We came out, cut down probably six or seven trees so far. Going to come back tomorrow. Still got about probably two days’ worth of work,” David Stafford with Mike’s Tree Service said. “We all pray that everything works out.”
