Flames coach Guy Molloy added post-game: “Forty is a rare thing in the league. That was a pretty amazing display.” After helping Australia’s Under 19 team claim a silver medal at the FIBA U19 World Championships, Swain was taken by the Los Angeles Sparks with Pick 14 in the 2023 WNBA Draft. She indicated post-draft, however, she wanted to stay in Australia to continue her development and signed a three-year deal with the Flames.
