campaign manager Ethan Khorana confirmed Saturday that a compromise was in the pipeline and the political action committee planned to put out a joint statement with the city once the deal became official.for proposed charter amendments to the city on July 28.valid signaturesTo place the issue on the ballot would require a council ordinance be enacted and submitted to the election board by Sept. 8.

That resulted in an Aug. 21 letter from the Fair Ticketing PAC to the city agreeing to framework terms that, if approved by council Monday, would include: • The posting online of public records of the Shaker Heights Police Department to make access easier for the public, including data by demographic and other metrics, going back at least four years

Both sides had gone back and forth on the proposed cost of creating a new “Non-Violent Community Administrators Team .”
