"The junior school and the secondary school have got more capacity for students, the infant school not so much, so there's going to have to be thought given to that." Councillor McLeod , who has lived in the village for nearly 50 years, also said capacity on the highway network and demand for health services needed greater consideration.on how the village is changing due to the new housing, with some having said that it will soon be akin to West Bridgford.

Despite the concerns, Councillor McLeod added that the developments were a"positive thing" for Radcliffe overall. The parish council chair said:"I think I can say that are being welcomed and they are integrating in the village.
