Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent of this position will take full responsibility for providing 1st and 2nd line support to the business, including but not limited to requirements gathering and documentation, system training, system configuration and deployments.
Formulating a solution from start to end and can implement the solution which meets the needs of the BusinessMiles Level 1 and 2 SupportSystem Changes – Small to Medium, consulting on Large ones with Europe Become a Miles Leasing expert for configuration and functional capabilities of Miles software including: Formula writing; scheduling; workflow; functional configuration; log interpretation; user administration; data query, extraction and upload; reporting.Provide and document solutions which will be used in configuring the system Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions to improve productivity and efficiencies.Work with system partners to set priorities and execution sequence for enhancements and system supportSet up accounts and workstations for applications and technology toolsMonitor performance and maintain systems healthRelevant degree and /or certifications in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and database systemsExperience in solution architecture, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration requirementsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address business challengesAdoption and change management skills with technical abilities would be advantageousAwareness and commitment to our mission.Creation of innovative vision.Self-starter and highly disciplined with ability to work without close supervision.Ability to interact and communicate at all levels within the organisation locally and globally
