Cooper’s Hawk is planning an over 9,000-square-foot restaurant featuring a massive outdoor dining area in Montgomery.
Lauren Williams, senior design manager with Cooper’s Hawk, said a lot of study was done before the preliminary plans were developed for the proposed Montgomery location.
“It’s a great idea and good for the community,” said Pat Kelsey, co-chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission. “It is a high-quality brand. They selected a great location, and the tax dollars will only benefit the village.”
