Cop rushed to hospital after 'incident' at busy Glasgow train station on Easter.
The incident took place at Queen Street Station in the city centre shortly after 9.30pm on Easter Sunday .Now, the British Transport Police have revealed two men in their 20s have been charged following the incident.After attending the ordeal, BTP says one officer was taken to hospital.
Meanwhile, one man has been charged with two alleged counts of assault of rail staff, one count of assault of an emergency worker, threatening and abusive behaviour, and resisting arrest. A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said:"Two men in their 20s have been charged following an incident at Glasgow Queen Street railway station on March 31 where members of staff reported intoxicated members of the public being abusive."One man has been charged with two counts of assault of rail staff, one count of assault of an emergency worker, one count of threatening and abusive behaviour, and resisting arrest.
