Tyrone Dobbs gives estranged mum Cassie Turner a second chance as he invites her back to his family home but ITV fans know not all is what it seems.
Coronation Street is set to air some upsetting scenes on tonight's episode . Evelyn Plummer packs her bags and moves out of grandson Tyrone's home after he was given an ultimatum and chose his mum Cassie over her.
Cassie, played by Claire Sweeney, had been under the supervision of fellow addict Abi Webster when Tyrone later decided to check on his mum. Overhearing that Abi told Ty Cassie would likely turn back to drugs, she asked her son to attend the support group with her. Tyrone was left heartbroken following the conversation and enraged with his grandmother, but ITV viewers at home were aware Cassie was exaggerating the story as Evelyn had attempted to help her daughter numerous times over the years.
