Former Coronation Street star makes huge career change and unveils new project away from ITV soap
The soap star has swapped his character on the Cobbles for coffee as he has opened his new cafe in Brighton earlier this week.
Inside the café, there was a phrase quoted by his six-year-old son on the walls. Sharing a photo of the slogan, Jamie wrote on Instagram: "The Green Room, The goodest cafe in town….OPEN TODAY!!" Last July, Jamie posted a video on Instagram thanking the ITV production for the opportunity to appear in Coronation Street after he announced he was leaving his role.
