Health officials are warning against complacency as additional measures prepare to be lifted across the country from tomorrow. 9News
Two of those are linked to a family cluster at Keilor Downs, with 13 people within that extended group now infected with COVID-19.
The schools they attend - Keilor Downs Secondary College and Holy Eucharist Primary School - have since been cleaned and both will reopen from tomorrow.
