Victoria has recorded 42 new coronavirus cases and no deaths. It's the first time the state has recorded zero deaths in almost two months
"[NSW are potentially on track to zero but to be out of the woods you don't necessarily have to have zero but you do have to have between zero and four cases every day for twice an average incubation period," she said.The infectious disease expert added that, if NSW's cases remain at the low levels seen yesterday – with just one community case – there would be little justification for other states to restrict its residents.
