Broadcaster Charles Foster has passed away after delighting audiences as one of the faces of the North West's Granada TV channel throughout the 70s, 80s and 90s.
Immediately following the announcement of his sad death, tributes have flooded in from all around the country. Another also couldn’t hide their grief at his death, as they reflected on his iconic voice, adding: "Granada had such a distinctive announcing team but Charles Foster stood out among them as ‘The’ Voice of Granada.
