But it wasn't to be on the night and the stars didn't get to bring a piece of silverware back up to Salford with them. However, along with the likes of Jane Danson, Andy Whyment, Elle Mulvaney, Daniel Brocklebank and Peter Ash, the group of Weatherfield's finest still appeared to have a good time.And it appears Sally extended her trip to the Big Smoke and enjoyed a few days away with her co-star hubby.
Taking to Instagram, Sally shared a string of snaps of the pair's visit to the capital. The first showed the former Shameless star sitting outside at a restaurant in the baking sun. She kept it casual in a white tee and covered her eyes with a pair of stylish aviator shades while her blonde locks were styled into soft waves.
