Coronation Street's medical busy body Moira, played by Louiza Patikas, up and left the cobbles three years ago and hasn't been seen on-screen since, but the star was recently spotted full of smiles on social media.
Louiza joined the hit soap in Weatherfield in 2017 as office manager at Weatherfield Medical Centre but immediately clashed with feisty stalwart Liz McDonald, played by Beverley Callard, when she lands the receptionist role. Meanwhile, Louiza expressed her excitement at joining the long-standing soap, and said: "I'm cock-a-hoop to be working on Coronation Street.The actress is no stranger to the world of drama having starred in the radio drama The Archers for over 15 years, and gained praise and recognition in 2016 for her character's incredible involvement in a domestic abuse and coercive control storyline.
