Jacob Roberts will be joining the cast of the ITV soap as Bernie's son, Christopher 'Kit' Green
Coronation Street has officially announced who will be playing Bernie Winter's long-lost son - and he's a former Hollyoaks star. Viewers discovered Bernie's secret during Monday night's episode of the ITV soap, weeks after her ex threatened to tell their children.

Bernie tried to make out Paul was already dead and the interview was a recording. He knew it wasn't true and followed her into Paul's flat where he tried to reacquaint himself with his son which later ended badly.
However, she was left disappointed when he denied being the person she was looking for. But as a despondent Bernie headed home viewers saw the man take out a jade elephant toy, exactly like the one Bernie told Dev she had bought for her son. Does Kit want to reconnect with his biological mother and how will he feel when he discovers that she has two other children older than him that she didn’t give up for adoption?
