Heating oil prices have risen dramatically - the Northern Ireland Oil Buying Network aims to help people cut costs costofliving

The network is run by the NI Housing Executive's Energy Advice Service."The scheme is open to all householders across Northern Ireland, including those who rent or own their home and to housing association and Housing Executive tenants."According to our latest data over the last month, if you buy 200 litres you can save anything from £10 to as much as £21.
