A man and a woman have been arrested after the body of a man was found and a woman was allegedly kidnapped on New South Wales Central Coast. 9News
At about 4.30pm AEDT yesterday, emergency services were called to Levitt Street, Wyong, following reports a woman had escaped a nearby unit after allegedly being kidnapped.A man's body was found in a Wyong apartment after a woman claimed to have been held captive there for days.
She was treated at the scene before being taken to Gosford Hospital in a stable condition for treatment of multiple injuries including burns.While speaking with detectives later, the woman raised concerns for the welfare of a man who she believed was also at the unit, claiming there had been a serious altercation.
