"We don't have any Japanese cheesecakes , so let's see if you can make one of those," he remembers saying."Her first one didn't come out too great, so I helped her out and we ended up being passionate about it." The Songs ventured to Houston's Asiatown in January and were captivated by the size of it, thus leading to building out their flagship space in the 9100 block of Bellaire. Since May, they've been working out of Nikko's constantly with little time to explore the rest of the city.
