He failed to attend 5 separate meetings!
Clarke, of The Harebreaks in Watford, failed to attend his initial session as well as two rescheduled ones in April, resulting in a warrant for his arrest being issued in May.
After he admitted to breaching his community order, he was fined £100 on May 21 but was not ordered to pay costs due to “lack of means”. Just six days later he failed to attend another appointment and was issued another warning, but he again missed an appointment in July. After another warrant was issued on October 1, he appeared in St Albans Magistrates’ Court again and was sentenced to 10 days in prison, suspended for a year, meaning he could face jail if he again breaches conditions.
