A cleaner has successfully sued her boss for sexual harassment after he told her that her "booty" would "corrupt" him.
The woman then sued him for sexual harassment and won £13,196 in compensation. She had begun working for Keen to Kleen - based in Kilwinning - in October 2019 but left after only two months, driven out by her boss' unwanted advances. The cleaner told the tribunal she couldn't work for anyone "ever again" and began her own business six weeks later. But on Christmas Day, Mr Meighan and his sister left fake reviews on her business Facebook page, which she said 'ruined' her Christmas dinner.
