Cricket NSW's new partnership with Major League Cricket has opened the door for Steve Smith to fulfil his ambitions to ply his trade in the United States.

Washington DC’s franchise will benefit from Cricket NSW offering information about how to set up its organisation with the development of high-performance systems involving coaching, sports science, medicine and analysis.
