Crocs has announced the launch of new cowboy boots costing £100 - and it has left shoppers completely divided.
The boots are being released to celebrate 'Croctober' and are complete with crocodile skin-like material, spurs and a sheriff-style star shaped badge. They also have the word 'Crocs' embroidered on them and come complete with ventilation holes - an iconic feature of most Crocs.Unlike other shoes by the brand - which are usually low-rise - the cowboy Crocs follow a boot-like design and are instead high-rise and sit above the ankle, but below the knee.
Gini Gee commented: "This is so funny that it could be almost the best thing ever! I might need a pair." Sylvia Egels tagged a friend as told them: "Found your Xmas present". Brit Nielsen also told a mate: "Getting you some for xmas." Numerous Facebook users said they would buy the Crocs - but only in a different colour. Adam Ledford said: "Yes please, I want a nice leather brown. And I'm sure my wife would like pink ". Andreé Moreno added: "Ok, but make them with the new echo croc design."
