"The war, which we are trying to stop, which was launched against us, using…" he said as the crowd's laughter cut him off. Mr Lavrov also accused the United States of hypocrisy after US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Russia could not be allowed to wage war in Ukraine with impunity, during a security forum they attended in New Delhi on Friday, local time.
