State Liberal MP Tim Smith has labelled Daniel Andrews the "laughing stock of the nation" arguing it’s “cruel behaviour” for the Premier to make Victorians wait until Sunday for a coronavirus roadmap. “He does very long press conferences this bloke, there’s a lot of information but there are no real concrete plans,” Mr Smith told Sky News.
On Monday Premier Andrews told the nation it’s “too early” to think about escaping lockdown and announced he would reveal the roadmap out for the state this Sunday. “We have to wait until Sunday to see how our lives are going to be lived over the next few months. “Honestly, it’s cruel from a premier that has stuffed this up so badly that he is the laughing stock of the nation.”
