Meghan Markle has spoken out about the 'cruel' social media abuse she received when she was pregnant with children Archie and Lilibet.

The conversation was titled"Breaking Barriers, Shaping Narratives: How Women Lead On and Off the Screen" and coincided with the celebration of International Women's Day. “And you just think about that, and you really wrap your head around why people would be so hateful. It’s not catty it’s cruel. The 42-year-old said she had distanced herself from social media in response to the abuse but voiced her shock that the majority of the"hate" she had witnessed came from women.
"I'm fortunate in that, among the privileges I have in my life, I have an incredible partner," she said.
