After the performance on Friday night ran nearly 40 minutes past Santa Clara’s 11 p.m. curfew, at least some concert goers found themselves struggling to return home in the wee hours of the morning…

Still, regardless of the previous night’s challenges, on Saturday afternoon thousands of fans were again converging on Levi’s Stadium in a collage of color, cowboy hats, and bedazzled dresses.

“It’s magical the way she does her production,” said Cora Buel, who attended the first show Friday night and returned to watch the second performance from the parking lot. “She puts so much energy and thought into everything she does.” Buel, a fan from Daly City, was unsurprised that Swift performed past the curfew Friday night. Having seen Swift play before, and knowing that the concert was expected to span four albums worth of material, Buel said she was prepared. Some fans, like Jasmine Roverso, trying to find last minute tickets outside the stadium with a friend, said she would likely leave the concert earlier after hearing stories of people being stranded.

“The trains, they are doubling up the cars, and the bike parking is free and monitored,” Jason Feinsmith said, “Why wouldn’t you bike here?” Ultimately, at least for Buel, there was no question whether transportation concerns or parking costs were worse than the hassle.
