|Broadcaster Jane Marwick says some people are wrongly ‘trying to paint’ Liberal candidate Celia Hammond as ‘some hard-right conservative’.
Ms Marwick says these people do not really know the pre-selected candidate for the Western Australian seat of Curtin, and those who do would says she is ‘a traditional Liberal voter’ and ‘a middle conservative’. Ms Hammond was pre-selected by WA Liberals to run in MP Julie Bishop’s seat, following the former deputy leader’s resignation announcement.
