Daniel Ricciardo may not be thriving on the track after his move to McLaren but in the paddock, he’s shown he’s the same old bloke.

Ricciardo also showed that everyone loves him, hitching a ride with his former Red Bull teammate Max Verstappen on a Red Bull buggy and reposted a video.But day one of practice was not great for Ricciardo who is still looking to get used to his McLaren ride.

Ricciardo was 1.5 seconds off the pace in the first practice in 14th and 1.2 seconds off in 15th in practice 2 in Zandvoort. “It’s not always the conventional line; sometimes you go high and you get the banking and it allows more momentum,” he said of the turn.
