Looking forward, Kaminsky said executives will need to continue adjusting their strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities and mitigate risks, but PwC's survey found their top risk isn't inflation, labor challenges or supply-chain woes. It's cybersecurity. Part of that stems from the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Heightened tensions with China also contributed, Joyce said.
But the cybersecurity concerns also dovetail with workforce concerns as companies look to staff up in key roles, Joyce said.
