D.C. Defenders take on the Arlington Renegades in XFL Championship -
This is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s new iteration of the XFL. with Saturday night’s championship game in San Antonio pitting the D.C. Defenders aganst the Arlington Renegades.
The Defenders slew the Seattle Sea Dragons 37-21 on April 30, taking the XFL North Division crown and completing their three-game sweep of the team from the other Washington. On its website, the XFL suggested fans check out the tourist-friendly city’s other attractions — the Alamo, the San Antonio Riverwalk, the San Antonio Zoo, and the city’s botanical gardens — but the big draw, of course, is the inaugural championship of the revived XFL.
