'It's scary how something can change in seconds'
Neil Tracey, 59, was walking home after the England World Cup game on Saturday, December 10, when he slipped on ice while the country was experiencing unusual freezing temperatures for that time of year. As a result of the accident, he was left paralysed with no ability to move any part of his body.
"He was laid in ice for about an hour when a bloke came up and asked if he was alright. He was just laid in a pool of blood and couldn't even get his hands out of his pockets.
