She's fighting for her life
A dad is refusing to leave the bedside of his four-year-old daughter as she "fights for her life" with Strep A. Camila Rose Burns, 4, is in hospital hooked up to ventilator after being rushed there last weekend.
Dad, Dean Burns, has said his family is "living an absolute nightmare" as her condition has worsened, reports the Liverpool Echo.Camila's auntie has now set up a GoFundMe to support Dean and partner Kaye while she's in Alder Hey Children's Hospital, as they have no income coming in. "Dean and Kaye understandably have not and will not leave Camila's side during this absolutely heartbreaking situation."After many people have asked, I have decided to set up this page to help them with one less thing to worry about during this nightmare."
Speaking to the BBC yesterday, Dean warned parents with "any doubts" to take their child to hospital. He said: "Any doubts if they don't look right just scoop them up and take them get them checked out.
