But county data shows Dallas County could be in danger of not meeting a 90% disposition rate for all cases in a five-year period — a threshold that the county needs to meet to access federal grant money. Price has said to reach that important threshold, judges must clear about 500 cases a week. But Price? Say what you will about the commissioner from Oak Cliff, but he has a strong reputation for demanding accountability from county agencies.
