Angel Park Golf Club, with 36 holes designed by Arnold Palmer and a nine-hole lighted course designed by Bob Cupp, is set at around 3,000 feet with panoramic views of Red Rock Canyon and the Las Vegas Valley. It frequently hosts tournaments, conventions and corporate meetings. It’s the company’s fourth property in Las Vegas.
Tijeras Creek Golf Club is known for its water obstacles on its front nine and elevation changes on its back nine. Its Spanish motif, fountain terrace and views make it a favored Orange County wedding venue. The Ted Robinson-designed course is Arcis’s seventh in Southern California. Arcis said it intends to invest in the clubs’ culinary experiences and course conditioning. The company said it has spent $100 million in the last four years on upgrades across its portfolio, new amenities, personnel and training. In 2021,Elevation changes are a signature feature of the back nine at Tijeras Creek Golf Club.
Backed by Arcis Equity Partners, a private equity firm that Walker also runs, the company’s biggest purchase was in 2014 when it bought 46 courses from CNL Lifestyle Properties for $306 million. In 2021,
