“Through this rare acquisition opportunity, we continue to transform our portfolio of golf clubs into lifestyle hubs that appeal to the entire family with more choices in all areas of their lives,” said Arcis founder and CEO Blake Walker in a statement. “We offer the greatest optionality in terms of price point, membership and subscription offerings, course selection, programming, and amenities to address the wide-ranging needs of our diverse consumer base.

Angel Park Golf Club, with 36 holes designed by Arnold Palmer and a nine-hole lighted course designed by Bob Cupp, is set at around 3,000 feet with panoramic views of Red Rock Canyon and the Las Vegas Valley. It frequently hosts tournaments, conventions and corporate meetings. It’s the company’s fourth property in Las Vegas.

Tijeras Creek Golf Club is known for its water obstacles on its front nine and elevation changes on its back nine. Its Spanish motif, fountain terrace and views make it a favored Orange County wedding venue. The Ted Robinson-designed course is Arcis’s seventh in Southern California. Arcis said it intends to invest in the clubs’ culinary experiences and course conditioning. The company said it has spent $100 million in the last four years on upgrades across its portfolio, new amenities, personnel and training.
