Dancing On Ice's Michelle Heaton reveals she is struggling to skate after addiction battle and 'menopause brain'
LIBERTY X star turned TV personality Michelle Heaton has opened up on how the menopause is affecting her skating.
The mum-of-two also spoke frankly about being nearly two years sober after a long battle with addiction.The pop star Michelle was in tears on Loose Women last year, 43, said: "For me, the thing that I can see that doesn’t work as well is my mind.brain and just battling what I have done in the past five years and having two years of recovery, obviously I’m not as sharp as I used to be.
“My partner Lucasz’s way of explaining things… I can hear him and I nod, but it’s really difficult to take it all in.
