Premier Daniel Andrews has condemned the “miserable” Morrison Government over its failure to fund Victoria’s massive rail project in a rare joint appearance with Anthony Albanese.
The Prime Minister has previously rejected a request from the Andrews Government to commit $11.5 billion to the Suburban Rail Loop over ten years.
