Police officer Kimberly Potter has been found guilty of manslaughter in the fatal shooting of African-American motorist Daunte Wright during a traffic stop at which she mistakenly discharged her handgun instead of her Taser.
Daunte Wright's sisters, Diamond Wright and Destinee Wright chant his name outside the Hennepin County Courthouse after Kim Potter was found guilty.A former US police officer was found guilty Thursday of manslaughter after she shot dead a young African-American man, claiming she mistook her gun for her Taser during a traffic stop.
