A Dauphin County attorney will be disbarred for misuse of her financial accounts, the state disciplinary board announced Monday. Megan Anne Kerrigan, 54, was admitted to practice law in November 2009 and operated out of her own office in downtown Harrisburg until 2018, when she was suspended for questions about her financial accounts.

She did not supply requested documents or information to the disciplinary board over the past five years, according to court records. Her failure to cooperate has made it “impossible to determine what legal services, if any, she has actually performed for the individuals whose funds she possessed,” the office of disciplinary counsel wrote in a petition to suspend her license.
