The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) declared Independent David Pocock had claimed one of two ACT Senate seats on Tuesday morning.
Mr Pocock, a Zimbabwe-born conservationist, was tipped to win the seat since the night of the Federal Election, however Mr Seselja did not concede.
