Deadly North Side crash leaves two dead, one in critical condition
SAN ANTONIO — A fatal crash just after 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning on the city’s North Side left two dead and one in critical condition, according to San Antonio police.
According to police, one of the victims was driving in the wrong direction in the 12500 block of Wurzbach Parkway. The victim was driving a blue 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer when it collided head-on with a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro traveling westbound. Both drivers were fatally injured, according to the police report.
The two drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. A front-seat passenger in the Camaro was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition, police said.
