Baghouz, in eastern Syria, is thought to be the last remaining IS stronghold, after it lost territory in the rest of the nation and in Iraq.
About 2,000 civilians have fled the last Islamic State enclave in Syria, leaving behind a dwindling group of hardcore fighters.
A series of attacks on the town of Baghouz have slowed down, allowing women and children to leave ahead of what is expected to be a final assault against ISIS.
