A 47-year-old man was killed in a crash at an intersection locals label "a death trap" and have been campaigning for years to make it safer for pedestrians and motorists.
A nighttime ride turned deadly after a man was thrown more than 15 metres from his bike in Perth's north-west.
While the driver of the hatchback was uninjured in the crash, the 47-year-old rider died at the scene. "It's quite upsetting that someone has died but the frustration is it was preventable," Danny Dellaca told 9News. "It's pretty sad really, we've been asking for some kind of entrance, traffic lights or roundabouts for a long time."
