The Hamilton started opening for tenants in summer 2020 and has been popular with residents. Rents in the building start at about $2,000 a month for the smallest units. The tower includes a private resident bar, fitness center and a rooftop pool deck with views of the skyline.Advertisement
The Hamilton is one of three towers in the eight-acre Epic development at Gaston Avenue and Good-Latimer Expressway. The project also includes and a hotel in the restored historic Knights of Pythias Temple on Elm Street, which was built in 1915.The Hamilton tower is part of the eight-acre Epic mixed-use development.
