“At that age in my life I just did not understand the gravity and the hurt of what that uniform means to people, not just in our state ... but around the world,” NSW Premier DominicPerrottet said.
The 40-year-old told the media about the costume he wore almost two decades ago after it was raised with him by one of his cabinet ministers.
