Rick Allen, the drummer for the rock band Def Leppard, suffered a head injury after being attacked outside his hotel in Florida.
According to a police reporton Thursday, Allen was outside the Four Seasons Hotel smoking a cigarette in the valet section when the assailant then struck Allen"at a full run," knocking Allen backward.
Max Edward Hartley, a 19-year-old Ohio resident visiting Florida, was arrested and charged with two counts of battery, four counts of criminal mischief, and a count of abusing an elderly or disabled adult.
