In his second year at Jacksonville State, Sanders lead the Tigers to a Southwestern Athletic Conference championship with a record of 11-1 before losing to the South Carolina State in the Celebration Bowl. JSU went undefeated in conference and its only other loss came on the road against Louisiana-Monroe.
Sanders’ momentum didn’t stop there as he managed to recruit Travis Hunter, a five-star cornerback rated as the best recruit in the nation in the class of 2022 byWith his early success as a college coach it stands to reason that Coach Prime won’t be leaving for the NFL any time soon.
