An Aussie delivery driver who became a multimillionaire has sold his oceanfront home in less than one year - with grand plans for a new adventure
A Brisbane delivery driver who became an instant millionaire after winning a beachfront prize home last year has sold the Currumbin property for $7.2 million.
The luxury property was part of the RSL Art Union’s October 2022 prize draw valued at $10.6m, but was listed with a $7.9m price tag in March after its scheduled auction did not go ahead. “He is a super down-to-earth guy who has just been looking forward to buying a Toyota LandCruiser 300 series and a caravan and travelling around Australia,” Mr Cherry said.
